    • Monday 4/20 Arrive in Richland and check in to the hotel
      Optional group dinner ~6:30pm
    • Tuesday 4/21 Meeting 8:15am-4:15pm
      Conference Room at the Hotel
      Group dinner at a local restaurant following the meeting, 5:30pm
    • Wednesday 4/22 Mini Agricultural Tour (agenda coming soon) of Eastern Washington
      Leave hotel ~7:00 am
      Return to hotel ~5:00pm

To fill our room block, please book at this hotel.  Rooms at other hotels will not be reimbursed.
Registration is open until the meeting date.
Cancelation <24 hours before arrival may result in full charge for the reservation

Booking Instructions

      • Rate applies to single or double rooms Monday April 20 – Thursday April 23

 Transportation

    • The local airport is Tri-Cities, Pasco PSC
    • Alternate airports are Spokane (2 hours) and Portland (3.5 hours)
    • From Airport to Hotel:  Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and SuperShuttle
    • Please rent a car for this meeting as we will not be providing transportation
    • Parking at the hotel is complimentary

Reimbursement for Travel Expenses

      • The Western Region IR-4 will reimburse registration, transportation, hotel and meal costs (for meals not provided) for SLR members and those CLC members in need of support
      • Travel guidelines and reimbursement forms
      • Hotel will be reimbursed for 4/20 – 4/22.  If travel needs to be extended, please contact Kari Arnold prior to reserving.

Meals

    • We will provide all meals from Monday evening dinner through Wednesday dinner as well as snacks and drinks.  Dietary restrictions can be communicated in the registration for the meeting.
    • One guest may join you for Monday and Tuesday evening dinners and the entire tour including lunch and dinner.  Other meals are provided for meeting participants only.
