The Analytical Lab, located on the University of California, Davis campus coordinates the chemical crop residue analysis of samples generated from the IR-4 field program. Using state of the art methods and instrumentation, the laboratory analyzes samples for pesticide residue of interest under Good Laboratory Practices. The summarized data reports are then used in submissions to the US Environmental Protection Agency.
